For all Australian orders we offer FREE shipping for orders over $125, otherwise the flat rate for shipping is $10 for orders under $125.
All of our orders are shipped using Australia Post Satchels, the estimated delivery is 2 - 5 business day, dependant on Australia Post’s delivery schedule. In many cases, customers in metro areas will receive their package sooner then those living in regional areas.
Australia Post’s delivery service requires a signature on delivery with authority to leave. This means that Australia Post will have you sign for your order when you are at your delivery location. When you are not at your delivery location to sign for the delivery, your order will be left in a safe place so it is ready and waiting for you.
For all International orders the flat rate is $25, the estimated delivery is 3 - 14 days dependant on location and delivery schedule. All Saint Delilah products are shipped from Australia.
All our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and do not include local taxes and import/ custom duties for international orders.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES
All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fee.
We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your purchase. Saint Delilah is not responsible for any additional taxes customs charges that requested during the shipment of your order. We do not offer refunds for these costs.
If an order is refused by a customer due to customs fees, the parcel will be held for two weeks and then abandoned if these fees are not paid in this time. Saint Delilah is not responsible for the handling of an abandoned order.
Saint Delilah does not provide refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.
Once your order is packed and collected, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You will be able to track your order via the carrier's website.
It is the customers responsibility to provide the correct shipping/ delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Saint Delilah cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
Orders placed over the weekend and/or public holidays, will be processed the next business day.
During sale periods and public holidays, processing times may vary and may take up to 3 business days - excluding standard shipping times.
Please note that stated transit times are estimates only and may be influenced by factors beyond Saint Delilah and our nominated shipping parties reasonable control. For example, holiday periods, public holidays, weekends, sales, severe weather, customs and quarantine processing requirements. Saint Delilah does not guarantee transit times or represent that transit time will be achieved and is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
