RETURNS

We hope you are satisfied with your order, however if you would like to return your order please read our return policy and procedure to ensure you are eligible to return your purchase.

Please note this policy applies to all orders once placed and is compliant with both Sate and Commonwealth Australian Law. 

 

RETURNS POLICY

Subject to compliance with the below timeframes for returns, Saint Delilah will offer a store credit for change of mind on all orders* returned, however the following requirements apply:

  • The garment has not been worn, altered and/or washed and is in brand new condition.
  • The original labels and swing page are still attached to the garment. 
  • The garment has not been damaged whilst in the customers possession or during delivery. ‘Damage’ includes make-up, fake tan, deodorant, washing powder, perfume or any other odours or marks on the garment. 

For products other than faulty products, to be eligible for a return of your product, you must ensure the product is returned to us:

  • For orders shipped within Australia, 14 days of the goods being delivered to you
  • For orders shipped outside Australia, 21 days of the goods being delivered to you

All items should be returned with their original packaging and other accessories (dust bag, jewellery/shoe box etc) received with the original order.

*EXCLUSIONS - Sale items, items purchased on sale or using a discount code (including any sale promotional code, birthday code or flash sale code) 

    Please ensure your return is eligible, by reviewing our return policy above, before proceeding.

     

    RETURNS PROCEDURE

    1. Email Saint Delilah at customerservice@saintdelilah.com and specify your name, order number and item/s to be returned (please check that your order is eligible). 
    1. Once you have emailed and if eligible, please fill out the returns document that was sent in your delivery. 
    1. Return the item/s and returns document via trackable/secure postage to the address provided, please make sure this is within the return period. 
    1. Please note: return shipping costs are not covered by Saint Delilah and will not be included in your store credit. 
    1. Once received, Saint Delilah will review the return and if eligible (meets the return policy per category requirements), your store credit will be processed excluding shipping charges. 
    1. Please allow up to 10 business days for store credit ( or refunds - if faulty) to be processed, pending administrative payment method/ financial institution.

    Please note:

    We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged via postage when being returned to us. We recommend you use a trackable and secure way of returning the item and keep a copy of these details for your follow up. 

    Returns outside of this period are at the discretion of Saint Delilah and we reserve the right to deny unauthorised returns, that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures. We will notify you of this assessment if so and return goods back to you.

    FAULTY ITEMS

    For all faulty or damaged goods, Saint Delilah offers repairs, store credit, exchange (subject to availability) or a full refund. Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear or incorrect use/ abuse, are not considered to be faulty or damaged. 

    Please note you are entitled to:

    • A replacement, refund or store credit for a major failure.
    • Have the goods repaired or replaced if the fault does not amount to a major failure. 

    A faulty item claim must be made within a reasonable time of receiving the goods. For faulty items please email your contact details, description of the fault, original invoice number, photos of the fault to customerservice@saintdelilah.com

    We are unable to process returns and store credits until your item is received and has been inspected by us. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense we do not refund or add credit for the cost of return postage. 

     

    EXCHANGES

    Unless Saint Delilah items are faulty:

    • We do not offer exchanges. If you have returned your product due to a change of mind or incorrect sizing, you can purchase the product in your required size (or other product) using your store credit or a suitable payment method.  
    • Unfortunately, we cannot hold items for exchange while we wait for your item to be returned. 

     

    TERMS 

    For faulty items, refunds will be processed via original payment method only (unless store credit is requested) and all refunds are processed in the original currency of the order ($AUD). Any conversion loss will not be covered within the refund process. Store credit will be valid for 12 months from date of return, and cannot be used in conjunction with other store credit. The store credit is valid for a one time use only.

    Please note: Saint Delilah does not refund any initial shipping charges or additional charges, including customs, duties or sales taxes (these are not included in our prices). We will not process store credit/ (faulty) refunds for returns that are lost or damaged via return delivery to Saint Delilah.
